Damien Hirst: the First Look
Channel 4, 8.00pm
“Love or loathe him, Damien Hirst is the biggest thing in British art since David Hockney, not to mention the richest. Tonight’s unashamed tribute to him coincides with a major new Hirst retrospective at the Tate Modern (which opens on Wednesday). The artist is joined by comedian Noel Fielding for a stroll around the exhibition and a chat about Hirst’s 25-year career, while celebrity friends including Joan Collins, Bono, and Keith and Lily Allen pay their respects.” (Daily Telegraph, 2 April 2012)
