BAN’s membership and programme are developed and managed by a dedicated team based at the Paul Mellon Centre (PMC) and Tate.
At the PMC the Convenor and PMC Networks Manager focus on strategic development and communications, including web content and special projects. The full-time Coordinator based at Tate Liverpool focuses on managing and delivering the bursary programme and developing inclusion and equity across BAN’s activities. The Networks Administrator based at the PMC supports the team in all aspects of their work. The BAN team is supported by the Head of National Partnerships at Tate and a Management Team including senior colleagues from Tate and the Paul Mellon Centre
