Over the last few years, we have seen arts and culture respond to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy through various strategies that aim to perform a change in inequalities of people in the sector. However, our experiences as minority curators and arts workers, provide context that suggests these efforts seem to fall short.

The seminars aim to create space for minority curators and art workers to delve into how we can foster peer support. Focusing on intersectional barriers such as working-classness, minority ethnicity, experiences of immigration or displacement, gender, queerness, disability, fair pay, salary negotiations and career progression.
