Carey Robinson

Carey Robinson is currently Deputy Director, Learning and Public Programmes at the Fitzwilliam Museum, University of Cambridge. Responsible for the strategic leadership, development and impact of multidisciplinary creative learning experiences and participatory research, she has formerly held strategic, curatorial and managerial roles at Tate, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, South London Gallery, and The Courtauld Institute of Art. In 2022 (with Dr Clare Carolin), Carey co-edited Open Plan: Contemporary Art in Communities (South London Gallery). She is a Trustee at A New Direction, a non-profit organisation who generate creative and cultural opportunities for young people, and Create London, who work with communities to commission art and architecture. Carey is also a Fellow at St. Edmund’s College, University of Cambridge.
