Harmanpreet Randhawa

Harmanpreet Randhawa is an artist and artist-curator based between Birmingham and Oxford.

Their recent research and practice is broadly engaged with the limits of language and the boundlessness of the Body and its desires. Acknowledging the enumerating and categorising use of language within the imperial frameworks to identify, understand and capture, they seek more material-oriented and embodied ways of knowing through their work.

Currently, they are working as an Artist-Curator Trainee at Eastside Projects. In 2024, they were commissioned by Performing: Borders to write a response to Fierce Festival as part of their LAWN (Live Art Writers Network). Previously, they have published work with Art Review Oxford and participated in the Boundary Encounters Programme at Modern Art Oxford as a creative-in-residence in 2023.
