Logan Sisley

Logan Sisley is currently Head of Collections at Hugh Lane Gallery, Dublin, which includes a fine collection of British art, particularly from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He is from Aotearoa, New Zealand, where he studied art history at the universities of Otago and Auckland. He previously worked at the National Library of Scotland, the National Galleries of Scotland and Edinburgh College of Art. He has published widely on modern and contemporary art and architecture, including on Francis Bacon and John Lavery, and has a particular interest in artistic relations between Britain and Ireland.
