Panashe-Gwyneth Mushandu is a multi-faceted designer from West Sussex and London, with a deep passion for curation, archiving, and research within design, sports, and fashion. Their work explores the intersection of design, sports, and fashion, centring on reclaiming narratives, challenging Eurocentric frameworks, and amplifying underrepresented histories. With five years of experience in photography, graphic communication, journalism, archiving, research, creative branding, and design production, she is committed to reshaping how creative histories are documented and preserved.
Currently studying BA Photography and Creative Industries at UAL London College of Communication (graduating in 2027), Panashe-Gwyneth has worked with the likes of The Museum of Youth Culture, Elephant Room, Clarks, Converse, Youth Beyond Borders, Football Beyond Borders, Basement Approved, and Dazed Magazine.
She is the founder of True to This, Not New to This, a platform where sports and design converge, and The Archival Daughter, which curates and preserves archives with a focus on decolonizing creative research. As one-half of the design studio TWO*ONE she prioritises curation over commercialism, drawing from the Black and British history of design, subcultures, and resistance. Her work seeks to challenge dominant narratives, spotlight marginalized voices, and redefine the future of design history.
