Rachy McEwan and Raya Gray

Rachy McEwan and Raya Gray are both currently based in Box Hub studios in Glasgow, Scotland, after studying their Bachelor of Fine Art: Painting and Printmaking at The Glasgow
School of Art, graduating with First-Class degrees. We work for SIAG (Sustainability in Action Group) at Glasgow School of Art and as Co-curators at Box Hub studios. Rachy is working on
multi media art and to begin her studies Masters in Material Futures at University of Arts London, whilst Raya is working on film and due to move to London in the summer of 2022.

Their curatorial practice mainly consists of working with artists that investigate and engage with climate, ecological perspectives and issues. With the aim of bringing communities and networks together to form a network of individuals: fostering and enabling positive action to challenge climate change in Glasgow and the wider creative community.
