Are you a m*ther? An artist? Someone who’s been along to an arty thing that felt like it spoke to your experience of being a mum?
Did you go to an arty playgroup? Or take part in a community performance when pregnant? Or saw a great exhibition which made you feel seen in m*therhood?
Rebecca Livesey-Wright (they/she) is surveying socially engaged art by, with and for m*thers in the UK as part of their curatorial research with the Emerging Curators Group 2024.
The survey is available via this Google form and is open until Wednesday 31 July 2024.

Rebecca’s definition of m*therhood is expansive and inclusive of anyone who feels an affinity to m*therhood, including non-binary people, trans men and trans women, step-mums, non-bio mums and non-birth giving mums, bereaved mothers and those whose pregnancies haven’t been carried to term.
