Social History Curators Group Conference 2025: Curating Communities
Online via Zoom
Monday 23 and Wednesday 25 June
Welcome to the SHCG Conference 2025: Curating Communities!
From Gdansk to Derby, Manchester to New Delhi – join our speakers to find out how they’ve worked with and for communities; what they’ve learned and how you can do the same in your museums.
With two afternoons of speakers (Monday 23 and Wednesday 25 June), you’ll have plenty of time to listen, reflect and question – hopefully leaving inspired with new ideas to take away.
Speakers include: National Museums Northern Ireland, Derby Museums, UCL Museums, Glasgow Life and St Albans Museums
Our keynote features the work of Kedleston Hall in Derbyshire, and their unique project to bring community partners into conservation work.
Individual Tickets: £20 for members, £35 for non-members
Organisational Tickets: £75 for members, £135 for non-members
