The autumn round of Paul Mellon Centre funding opens on Monday 5th August 2024, with applications closing on Monday 30th September 2024. This round is primarily designed to support organisations undertaking research, projects and activities concerned with British art or architectural history but there are opportunities on offer for individuals as well, including Research Support Grants and Andrew Wyld Research Support Grants, the latter specifically supports individuals who wish to travel to see works on paper and in person, and is funded by the Andrew Wyld Fund.
The PMC now offers three awards to support publications, two specifically for authors (Large and Small) and one for organisations (Exhibitions Publication) undertaking a publication intended for or after an exhibition.

The PMC also supports digital endeavours through the Digital Project Grants, designed for innovative and large-scale projects, and the new Digitisation Grants which are designed to support organisations wishing to digitise materials and assets from their own collections, and make them available to a wide online audience.
