arebyte is seeking a Head of Programmes to lead its artistic direction across exhibitions, events, learning, and artist development. This senior role is central to shaping and delivering ambitious, digitally-focused projects that reflect arebyte’s mission and curatorial vision.
You will bring curatorial depth, production know-how, and a strong understanding of technology-driven art practices. Working closely with the Managing Director and programme team, you will lead the development and delivery of the artistic programme, overseeing everything from concept and artist support to public events and touring partnerships.
We’re looking for someone with an extensive curatorial expertise in the field of digital arts, a bold and critical voice, collaborative leadership style, and a passion for pushing boundaries in contemporary art. If you have experience managing teams, engaging audiences, and expanding access to digital tools through education and artist support, we’d love to hear from you.
