Postdoctoral Researcher
Henry Moore Studios & Gardens, Hertfordshire / Henry Moore Institute, Leeds
Part Time (28 hours per week), two year, fixed term contract to start in October 2025
Salary: £25,600 per annum (£32,000 FTE) + 3% pension contribution and other benefits

Henry Moore Foundation have two opportunities coming up for two Postdoctoral Researchers, one based at the Henry Moore Institute in Leeds and one at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens in Hertfordshire.
These opportunities will enable two recent PhD graduates or Early Career Researchers to gain experience in a thriving cultural and research institution, as well as the opportunity to develop their own research portfolio in a supportive and well-established research environment.
The successful candidate for each role will be a pro-active and knowledgeable postdoctoral researcher, whose expertise in the histories of sculpture will complement that of the Research Team at the Henry Moore Studios & Gardens or the Henry Moore Institute, and will form a key element of their public programmes.
The candidates will be able to demonstrate a range of research, writing and communication skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of the Research Team and independently. A current institutional affiliation is not necessary for the post.
