To mark the 50th Anniversary of Joseph’s Beuys’ visit to Belfast in 1974, and the impact of that trip, the Northern Irish Art Network (NIAN) have teamed up with Thomas Wells at the Belfast International Festival of Performance Art to hold a symposium on the anniversary of Beuys’ lecture in the Ulster Museum – 18th November. This will also be an opportunity to see the new exhibition on Beuys in the museum.
