Khaled Hafez

Khaled Hafez, M.Sc., MFA, FRSA is a Cairo-based French-Egyptian visual artist, filmmaker, educator and writer. He is Fulbright Fellow, Rockefeller Fellow and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is former Adjunct Professor of Art and Design at the American University in Cairo, as well as Marketing and Branding at ESLSCA French University in Cairo. Hafez’s practice spans the mediums of painting, photography, installation and film, and his core research focuses on the cumulative nature of culture and its impact on creative practices. Khaled Hafez occasionally curates for younger peers.
