Nicoletta Lambertucci joined Tate Britain in 2024 as Curator, Modern and Contemporary British Art. From 2017 to 2023 she served as the inaugural Contemporary Art Curator at The Box, Plymouth. She played a pivotal role in overseeing its opening in 2020 and led numerous significant acquisitions, displays and exhibitions, including solo shows by Leonor Antunes, Sue Williamson and John Akomfrah. Prior to this role, from 2010 to 2017, Nicoletta held the position of Curator at the David Roberts Art Foundation (DRAF). In 2019, she curated the Serbian Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale with a solo project by Djordje Ozbolt. Nicoletta’s professional journey includes experiences at institutions such as Nomas Foundation in Rome and the Italian Cultural Institute in London. She holds Master’s degrees in Philosophy and Art Theory, and in 2011, she was a Research Fellow at Goldsmiths College.
