Sria Chatterjee

Sria Chatterjee is an art historian and environmental humanities scholar. She is Head of Research and Learning at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art in London, which is part of Yale University. She specialises in the political ecologies of art and design from the colonial to the contemporary, and directs the multi-year Climate & Colonialism research project at the Paul Mellon Centre. She received her PhD from Princeton University and has worked in universities and research institutes in Germany and Switzerland before moving back to the UK.
